Returns
Please look over your order as soon as you receive it in your mailbox. If you believe that you have received a defective or damaged item, please contact our customer service team within 3 business days of receipt of your order. If you were sent incorrect items or are missing items from your order, please contact our customer service team so we can fix the problem as soon as possible! Orders can be returned up to 30 days after purchase. To simplify the process we do not offer exchanges - rather we give you an account credit so that you can pick out your new item. Your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. To begin the return process, please send an inquiry email to us at hello@jamesandalmaclothing.com. Item’s not in its original condition is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error is not returnable. Once your return is received and inspected, you will be issued an in-store account credit that can be used on your next purchase. We do not do cash/credit refunds but only in store credit. You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item unless it is defective. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a track-able shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
